My 12yr old son had such high anxiety about going to his first appointment but Brooks and Dr Markus engaged him and addressed him the entire time, not just me as his Mom. He felt very involved in his care and that he had a say. He had some anxiety on braces day but Dr Markus engaged him in a conversation about sports and he eased right into it. Smiled and laughed his way through the braces. We just recently had an issue with one of his brackets and were able to get an immediate same day appt where we were in and out in no time flat.
