Once you get braces on they all say, welcome to the... family!! My 12yr old son had such high anxiety about going to his first appointment but Brooks and Dr Markus engaged him and addressed him the entire time, not just me as his Mom. He felt very involved in his care and that he had a say. He had some anxiety on braces day but Dr Markus engaged him in a conversation about sports and he eased right into it. Smiled and laughed his way through the braces. We just recently had an issue with one of his brackets and were able to get an immediate same day appt where we were in and out in no time flat. We have never had to wait to be seen and you are greeted the moment you open the door to walk in!! Hands down, cleanest office with the most friendly staff ever! Strongly recommend!!read more

I got braces at Mill Creek as an adult, after previously having braces as a child and teenager (learn from my... mistake, folks - don’t stop wearing your retainers).
