Dr. Niepraschk is a genius with vision! Thanks to genetics, I had two baby teeth that I was holding onto well into adulthood (late 30s), but I was worried they would eventually come out on... their own (with my luck, in the middle of the work day or sometime equally inconvenient). On top of that, I wanted to straighten my teeth, but any sort of movement would have increased the likelihood that I was going to lose those teeth. When I met with Dr. Niepraschk, he noted two things: (1) it might be best to be proactive and extract those teeth on my terms, and (2) I had enough of an overbite that we could close the gaps once those teeth were gone without needing implants, thereby saving thousands and thousands of dollars. He was right. Roughly two years of Invisalign later, I have perfect teeth, no overbite, and no concern about baby teeth popping out. You cannot even notice that there were teeth missing. Had I gone to any other orthodontist, I probably would have had to drop $5k-$10k on implants, plus still had an overbite. This resolved two issues at once and saved me a ton of money, and I am grateful for Dr. Niepraschk's brilliant and elegant solution. Moreover, it took some trust to get this done, and the team at Mill Creek Orthodontics was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, even when I felt some doubt and had a million questions. They were always quick and kind when getting me answers. If you're looking for an orthodontist, do not hesitate; Mill Creek Orthodontics is your place.read more
