Meet Your Team
We believe you should be free to be. Orthodontics is a craft and your treatment should be convenient, affordable, and timely. Our team shares a love for orthodontics and serving our patients throughout their entire smile process.
Dr. Markus Niepraschk was born and raised in Virginia. After completing his undergraduate studies in nutritional science at Brigham Young University, he attended dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University. While there he received numerous awards for academic and clinical excellence and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Brooks has done both marketing and assisting at MCO, and is now our amazing Treatment Coordinator! She is a graduate of Hollins University, and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, and doing the New York Times puzzles. She also has a cat named Bishop.
Becca has lived all over the country from Northern NY to Southern AZ, but has called Charlottesville home now for 13 years. Despite being from the same hometown and attending the same college, she met her husband out in the world after graduation. When not at work she enjoys being outdoors.
Kirsten is a Hokie girl in a Cavalier’s world. She enjoys playing volleyball, writing, baking, and event planning, and snuggling her rescue kitties Lila and Jax in her spare time. She has her B.S. in Business Communication and also holds an M.B.A. She is here to help with your financial needs!
When Samantha isn’t at the office, she enjoys hunting and fishing. She’s married to her high school sweetheart and has three children. She is obsessed with Taco Bell!
Anna is our English-Spanish bilingual assistant. She enjoys helping the community and loves spending time with family and her cat “Gato”. She is very energetic and friendly. Come in to say hi the Anna!
Ashley loves spending time with her friends and family and her two dogs; Kinley and Poppy. She loves being creative by writing calligraphy and helping with our Marketing here at MCO.
Mackenzey comes from a big family and is an expert at helping patients have fun during their appointments. She loves spending time with her fur babies Bruno and Olive. She also lived in Germany for 4 years!
Sam has been in the dental world for 4 years. She loves her family and her friends and enjoys spending time outdoors.
Aleah enjoys going to concerts, being outdoors, and hanging out with friends. When she’s not in the office she’s probably traveling to fun and exciting places! Look out for Aleah in our social media posts!
