Dr. Markus Niepraschk was born and raised in Virginia. After completing his undergraduate studies in nutritional science at Brigham Young University, he attended dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University. While there he received numerous awards for academic and clinical excellence and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

Brooks has done both marketing and assisting at MCO, and is now our amazing Treatment Coordinator! She is a graduate of Hollins University, and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, and doing the New York Times puzzles. She also has a cat named Bishop.

Becca has lived all over the country from Northern NY to Southern AZ, but has called Charlottesville home now for 13 years. Despite being from the same hometown and attending the same college, she met her husband out in the world after graduation. When not at work she enjoys being outdoors.

Kirsten is a Hokie girl in a Cavalier’s world. She enjoys playing volleyball, writing, baking, and event planning, and snuggling her rescue kitties Lila and Jax in her spare time. She has her B.S. in Business Communication and also holds an M.B.A. She is here to help with your financial needs!

Natalie is from Buckingham County and a graduate of Old Dominion University. She is passionate about making science creative, engaging, and fun through meaningful community education for both orthodontics and our oceans. Outside of work, she enjoys scuba diving and traveling.

Anna is our English-Spanish bilingual assistant. She enjoys helping the community and loves spending time with family and her cat “Gato”. She is very energetic and friendly. Come in to say hi to Anna!

Ashley loves spending time with her friends and family and her two dogs; Kinley and Poppy. She loves being creative by writing calligraphy and helping with our Marketing here at MCO.

Mackenzey comes from a big family and is an expert at helping patients have fun during their appointments. She loves spending time with her fur babies Bruno and Olive. She also lived in Germany for 4 years!

Lillie’s born and raised in Green County, she’s a country girl that loves country music! Her personality brings so much spirit to MCO. She loves providing 5 star customer service to our patients! Let Lillie know your best dental joke at your next appointment!

Riley is from Greene County and she is a proud mom to a young boy named Keaton. She enjoys the summertime, fishing, hunting, and listening to music. She loves meeting our new patients and guiding them through their smile journey.
